The provision of the above-mentioned personal data, with the exception of information on severe disability, is necessary for the completion of an application procedure. The possible consequence of not providing such personal data would be that you would not be able to participate in a selection procedure.

6. Purpose of data collection
We process your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data processing takes place for initiating, carrying out and finalising application procedures, e.g. application forms and contact form for general communication with applicants and interested parties, e.g. answering enquiries about job offers, internships, etc.
7. Applicant pool and unsolicited applications
If your application for the position for which you are currently applying is not accepted or if there is no corresponding vacancy for unsolicited applications, you may be included in our pool of applicants. Consent is optional. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data for the applicant pool at any time. By approving your profile in our e-recruitment system, you agree to be contacted for the purpose of filling a vacancy using the contact details you have provided. By email, post or telephone. If you do not agree, you can block your profile at any time or remove it completely from our e-recruitment system.
8. Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data.
- Within our company: Your data will be used within ULMA Packaging to fill vacancies. Only authorised employees have access to your data. In the event that ULMA Packaging offers a suitable job, your data will be forwarded to the relevant personnel department and processed (including the fulfilment of pre-contractual measures). All ULMA Packaging employees are obliged to comply with the relevant data protection regulations
- In the context of order processing: Your data may be passed on to service providers who work for us as processors. Order processing contracts have been concluded with these service providers to ensure the protection of your personal data. This may be necessary in order to carry out the application process, e.g. payment of travel and accommodation expenses when you are invited for an interview. In these cases, we pass on data to third parties for the purpose of booking travel tickets, hotel rooms or rental cars. For this purpose, we pass on your first name, surname and date of birth to the relevant service provider. Otherwise, your data will not be passed on to third parties at any time.
9. Transfer of data to a third country or an international organisation
In principle, your data will only be processed within the European Union and in countries of the European Economic Area (EEA). If necessary, we will transfer your personal data to our companies within our group of companies if this is necessary to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes.
10. Personal data will be deleted no later than 6 months after the end of the application process. This does not apply if there are legal provisions preventing deletion or if further storage is necessary for the purpose of providing evidence or if you have agreed to longer storage in order to be included in our applicant pool and within the framework of spontaneous applications.
Subject to your consent, your data will be stored for a maximum period of six months after completion of an application process and in the case of inclusion in our applicant pool or in the case of an unsolicited application. If you do not update your profile within this period, we will contact you in the first instance and ask you to update the data or confirm that it is up to date. If no update or confirmation is received, we will automatically delete your data.
11. If your application is followed by the conclusion of a contract, your data will continue to be stored and used for the purpose of the execution of the employment relationship in accordance with the relevant legal regulations.
